The CPM is asking the Congress to announce its candidate for the presidential elections first and only after that will it decide its stand on the matter.The CPM Polit Bureau today met for over 9 hours in New Delhi to discuss the the feedback from leaders like SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and NCP chief Sharad Pawar. Earlier NCP leader Sharad Pawar said that in his meeting with Sonia Gandhi, he had insisted on having no names in preference for building a consensus on the presidential candidate first.
