Bangladesh Foreign Minister in India to discuss extradition treaty - NewsX

India and Bangladesh are likely to sign an extradition treaty and discuss an early signing of the Teesta water-sharing pact during 2 days of talks with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dipu Moni starting today.External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna and Moni will co-chair the first meeting of the joint commission, which was announced by the two sides during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Dhaka in September last year. The two sides are expected to review the progress in implementing key bilateral projects and explore ways to deepen trade and investment between them.
