Senior level officer with Defense ministry molests minor

A joint-director-level officer with the defence ministry has been booked for molesting a minor. Though police has registered an FIR, they are yet to arrest the accused.
The incident was reported from Rohini on Monday afternoon. The 14-year-old girl, a Class-IX student, studies at a private school in the area, police said.
In her statement, she alleged the man, her neighbour, misbehaved with her on Holi. She said that he waylaid her and touched her inappropriately and allegedly tried to pull her into his flat. When she objected, he threatened her. A complaint was lodged after the girl managed to run away from the man and inform her father.
