Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will on Thursday address an election rally in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamsala town. The rally was scheduled to take place on March 08, but was postponed because of Gandhi's busy schedule.
In the 2009 Lok Sabha election, the BJP won from Shimla, Kangra and Hamirpur while the Congress bagged the Mandi seat.
