Aarushi murder case: Nupur Talwar moves Allahabad HC for bail - NewsX

Nupur Talwar today moved to Allahabad HC for Bail as the Ghaziabad court refused her plea. Trial in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case is resumed in a court in Ghaziabad today. This, after the court yesterday rejected the bail plea of accused Nupur Talwar and sent her to 14 days judicial custody. Nupur has filed a fresh plea for bail in the Supreme Court in which she has sought review of the decision giving a go ahead to criminal prosecution against her and her husband Rajesh Talwar.
