In a shocking incident, Indian shooting contingent was harassed during the Shooting World cup in London. Indian shooters were evacuated from their hotels rooms in London which results into shooters spending more than seven hours in the lobby. Finally, the Indian High Commission came to their rescue and accommodated them in another hotel, but not before the episode had left a bad taste for other shooters. Reports from London suggests that there was a big miscommunication between the organizers of the competition and the agency entrusted with the task to oversee hotel accommodation which left the Indian shooters in the lurch.
