SC orders Subhash Ghai to return land-NewsX

It's a setback to Bollywood filmmaker Subhash Ghai. The Supreme Court has upheld Bombay High Court's order quashing the agreement under which land was allotted to Subhash Ghai for his film institute. While upholding the High Court's order, the Supreme Court said the land was doled out at the behest of then Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh for a paltry sum.
