Reports of Army units movement alarmist: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has hit out media reports of army troops being moved to Delhi as alarmist and that it should not be taken at face value. Commenting on the controversy surrounding the Army Chief, Manmohan Singh categorically said that the Army Chief's office is an exalted one and nothing should be done to lower its dignity. Meanwhile AK Antony too has called the report absolutely baseless.
