Sources say BJP is now having second thoughts on backing London-based businessman Anshuman Mishra, who has filed his nominations as an independent candidate from Jharkhand. The disapproval of some of the leaders including Advani, Sushma Swaraj, Murli Manohar Joshi and Yashwant Sinha was palpable. BJP MPs were not only upset over certain candidates fielded for Rajya Sabha seats but also because deputy leader of the party in the Rajya Sabha SS Ahluwalia has thus failed to get a berth.
