Dinesh Trivedi has quit as the railways minister. This move coming a day before the expected time of the casualty taking place. Before leaving for Delhi Mamata Banerjee has said that Dinesh trivedi will resign by tonight. It is believed that Mamata Banerjee spoke with Trivedi over the phone asking him to follow the diktat of the party and resign by tonight.
