Budget 2012: High expectations from Pranab- NewsX

It's perhaps UPA II's last chance to deliver much needed, long overdue reforms to breathe some life into a stifling economy. The Railway budget seemed to put the government on a promising start. until the politics of populism erupted minutes after. So will Pranab Mukherjee bite the bullet, or will the recent poor poll performances of his party stay his hand? Expectations, as always, are high.
