Vijay Bahuguna takes oath as Uttarakhand CM - NewsX

Keeping all the speculations aside, Congress MP Vijay Bahuguna has sworn in as Uttarakhand Chief Minister. Congress party had refused to re-think over Uttarakhand CM decision. Congress leader Harish Rawat has skipped the oath ceremony alleging that he was overlooked as a CM candidate.
