India News : Narmada waters inundate Bharuch

With Narmada dam flowing at 130.64-metre level, following heavy rain in Madhya Pradesh, the administrations of the South Gujarat districts of Bharuch and Narmada have shifted more than 5,000 people to safer places. The present height of the under-construction Narmada dam is 121.92 metres, while the water is flowing over the dam at 130.64 metres, as per official information.
