It's a horror story coming out from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where 23 Indians are among a group of workers being exploited mercilessly by a construction firm for the past 2 years. The workers claim that they have not been paid their wages despite repeated reassurances on part of their employers. When their contract ended, they asked the employers to return their passports, and pay for their return tickets. But the employers have shockingly refused to let the workers go back home, and are even threatening to hold back the workers with dire consequences. The anguished workers claim they have knocked on the doors of the Indian mission in Riyadh but to no avail.
