"What should I say about Modi? He is like a frog just out of the well and at a loss to find the right place for himself in the big wide world," Khurshid, who was here to review relief efforts in the disaster-hit state, said, while replying to a question from reporters.
BJP may pride itself over Modi but the country cannot, the Congress leader said.
