It's another make-or-break day for Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. The Pakistan Supreme Court will hear the plea filed by Gilani against the order of summoning him for framing contempt charges over his failure to reopen graft charges against President Zardari. A 200-page appeal was filed by Gilani's lawyer yesterday seeking a postponement of his indictment. The 200-page intra-court appeal, filed by Gilani's lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan, asked the apex court to suspend its decision summoning the Premier on February 13. Yesterday's plea was filed on the basis of precedents of apex courts in India and other countries. For More Logon to -- http://alpha.newsx.com
