Minister of parliamentary Affairs Pawan Kumar Bansal has said that the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs has recommended that the Budget session will start on 12th March and continue till 30th March 2012. He also said that the President will address the House on 12th March, Railway budget will be presented on 14th March and General Budget will be presented on 16th March.
