Man accused of handling the hawala money in the 13/7 blasts arrested by Delhi police. 42 years old Kanwar Pathreja who runs a jewellery shop in Chandni Chowk of Delhi had allegedly given Yasin Bhatkal ten lakh rupees in early 2011 which was used for 13/7 Mumbai blast.
