Defamation case against N Ram

Tamil Nadu chief minister Jaya Lalitha has filed a defamation case against former editor in chief and publisher of Hindu N Ram for allowing Nakeeran's article to be published. The report was published on the 8th of November . Jaya Lalitha has not asked for compensation but wants N Ram to be prosecuted for the publication.
