India News: The Congress and the NCP have been engaged in to a war of words over the ascension of Rahul Gandhi who has become the No 2 in the Congress after he was appointed as the vice-president of the party.
The first blow was struck by NCP Chief Sharad Pawar who on Sunday appeared to ridicule the decision to appoint Rahul Gandhi as the party's vice president.
