Taxi driver holds vital clues of Gurdeep UK police

The British police claims to have made some headway in tracing the missing Indian-origin student Gurdeep Hayer. Officials claim to have spoken to the taxi driver, who collected Gurdeep from outside the Sankey's nightclub shortly after 2.15am, to take him to an address in the Rusholme locality of Manchester. As the taxi was driving down Hathersage Road in Longsight a few minutes later, Gurdeep asked the driver if he could stop the taxi where they were, as he wanted to get out.
