The Election Commission has dealt a big blow to Mayawati. The commission has decided to cover Maya and her BSP's party symbol Elephant's statues spread over the state of Uttar Pradesh till the end of the state polls. Chief Election Commissioner SY Qureshi has said that the statues will be covered as they were built on government expenses.
