In an exclusive chat with NewsX' Deepak Bajpai, BJP MP Vinay Katiyar has lashed out at Congress and said govt and the Congress wanted to look ways to avoid vote on Lokpal Bill in Rajya Sabha. He lashed out at the Congress for not reacting to the misbehaviors by RJD man Rajniti Prasad. He also questioned the conduct of the Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari's role in the Lokpal fiasco. He said if Ansari wanted, he could have extended the house instead of adjourning it at the most crucial hour.
