India News: Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has refused to affirm Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi as a potential credible leader of the country, indicating that his party may have reservations over projecting the head of the BJP's election campaign as the prime ministerial candidate of the opposition coalition.
