The scene may be set for another dispution on Lokpal between Team Anna and the govt...Just as feared, a powerful Lokpal Bill in this session of Parliament looks doubtful. It is less than a week to go before the Winter Session wraps up and the govt is saying they want a political consensus on this issue.
