2G scam: Sibal defends Chidamabarm

The government has come to the rescue of Home Minister P Chidamabarm who is facing allegations for his alleged involvement in the 2G spectrum scam. Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal said that the government rejects all allegations against Chidambaram, calling it an attempt by the Opposition to defame the Home Minister.
