Kolkata fire: FIR registered against hospital as 40 die

Atleast 40 people are dead in the fire. An FIR likely to be registered against the AMRI hospital. Lack of safety apparatus for emergency situations within the hospital is being criticised. It is believed that the basement that was to be used as a car park area was used as a storage facility for medical equipments
