2G scam: Court to decide on Swamy's plea against Chidambaram

A Special CBI court is to deliver its order on a plea by Janata Party president Subramanium Swamy to make examin two witnesses crucial to prove Home Minister P. Chidambaram's culpability in the 2G scam.Swami has demanded that he should be allowed to examine two officials, one from the CBI and the other one from the ministry of finance. He claims that it will provechidambarams' culpability in the 2g scam.Swamy had claimed that he has proof that then Finance Minister Chidambaram and former Telecom Minister A Raja acted together in fixing 2G spectrum prices.
