UP Gangrape Case: India News: In a shocking incident, a minor girl's tongue was cut off after she was raped in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday late night, so that she could not speak before the court during the hearing of the case. The minor was allegedly gang raped on January 22. One of the main accused is in jail, however, the other two accused are still at large. The girl's parents have alleged that the brother of the accused had attacked her. The victim is in a serious condition and is admitted in the hospital.
