No rollback in retail FDI, just suspension: Govt

For the first time since the Winter Session began, Parliament is functioning smoothly.All thanks to the all-party meeting which has finally broken the FDI logjam. The government has said the decision to include FDI in retail is on hold, till consensus emerges.
