Minor rape case: Horrific incident takes place in Pratapgarh

India News: In a brutal incident, a minor gang rape victim's tongue was chopped off by the culprits in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh.
The incident took place, weeks before the victim was to record her statement in the court.
Meanwhile, the rapists are still at large and Police has failed to provide security to the victim.
The minor was gang raped on 22 January and was to appear in court on 24 July to give her testimony.
