India News: President's Rule to end in Jharkhand

India News: Cabinet has passed the law to end President's Rule in Jharkhand.
Governor Syed Ahmed has sent a report to the Union home ministry with a recommendation to revoke President's Rule in the state as Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has formally staked claim to form government with the support of 43 MLAs.
JMM senior party leader Hemant Soren on Tuesday had staked claim and handed over a letter, claiming support of 43 MLAs in the house of 81 legislators, to the governor. He claimed that his government was backed by JMM, Congress, RJD, Marxist Coordination Committee (MCC) and six independents.
