Lakhan Bhaiya encounter case: Hearing in Sessions Court today

India News: A local court in Mumbai will decide the quantum of punishment today for those policemen who have been convicted in the 2006 Lakhan Bhaiya fake encounter case.
Sessions Judge VD Jadhwar had on July 5 dismissed police officer Pradeep Sharma of all the charges in the 2006 alleged fake encounter case of Ram Narayan Gupta alias Lakhan Bhaiya, a suspected aide of gangster Chhota Rajan.
