Major blast rocks Imphal, 1 dead

A high intensity IED blast rocked a crowded place in Imphal , in Manipur today.The blast left 1 dead .The same person who was carrying the bomb and injured several others. One of the injured is critical. The police also found an unexploded bomb at the site as well.The blast comes just 2 days ahead of PM's visit to the state.The bomb exploded at around 11 am at Hapta Kangjeibung ground where 'Sangai festival', in which many foreigners were seen celebrating.
