Parliament session, Day 3: Advani to move black money motion in LS

After two days of a crippling standoff. Parliament could be finally conducting normal business today .The government last night reached a compromise on the Opposition's adjournment motion on black money. Under the trade-off senior BJP leader Advani would move the motion that wouldn't have a note of censure for the government. The motion will be moved under Rule 168 and though it entails voting. A sense of the House will be found to avoid any embarrassment for the govt.
