India News : Fire at government building in Mumbai

India News : A fire broke out at Ballard Pier Exchange building, which houses several Central Government offices, in South Mumbai on Wednesday morning at around 11:30 am. The fire started on the third floor of the building and 12 fire tenders were sent to douse the fire. There are no reports of any casualties till now.

Fire Service officer MV Deshmukh said all those in the building have been evacuated and the fire has been brought under control and will be doused completely within a couple of hours.
