Exclusive: Murli Manohar Joshi influenced CAG report

NewsX has in its possession a letter dated July 13, 2010 by a CAG official that states that when the auditors were working on their report, PAC chairman Murli Manohar Joshi called the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General.
