Union Minister V Narayanswami has said that the Koodankulam nuclear plant is in it's final stage and any decision about the future of the plant will be taken by the PM and the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. He hinted that there is no turning back on the nuclear plant. Narayanswami said this to NewsX correspondent B Srikumar after landing at Chennai.
