Bad news for aam admi as petrol prices have gone up steeply. Oil companies have hiked petrol prices by around Rs 3 per litre, with effect from Thursday midnight. The decision to hike the price was taken in view of rupee hitting a two-year low against the dollar. In Delhi, petrol prices are nearly Rs 64 per litre and with Rs 3 hike, it will shoot up to Rs 66.70.
