BJP, Congress face-off over Modi

Supreme Court today gave Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi some breathing space as it refused to pass any order on his alleged inaction to contain the 2002 Gujarat riots after the Godhra carnage. The Congress has warned that the order is not a victory for the BJP but Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley said Modi's innocence is proved.
