India News: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while addressing the chief minister's conference in Delhi on Wednesday said that naxal violence has no place in democracy.
He said that Centre, states must join hands to curb violence by Maoists. He also said that the government is willing to talk to all extremist groups within the ambit of Constitution.
