Govt initiates track-II talks with team Anna

Govt seems to have woken up to the reality after remaining in denial mode over the issue of legislation being the sole prerogative of Parliament. Govt has set aside its ego and has initiated track-II talks with team Anna. Maharashtra NGOs have been deputed to negotiate with team Anna on the sticking points over the Lokpal bill. Govt hopes to accommodate some of the team Anna's concerns.
