Afzal Guru's mercy petition may hamper peace process in J&K

A day after the government advised the President to reject Afzal Guru's mercy petition questions have been raised over its timing. In fact, the noises are not just coming from the BJP but also from Kashmir. The government's team of interlocutors warns the timing may put at risk the peace process in Kashmir.
