Yeddy sends resignation to Gadkari, to meet Governor

Toeing party line, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has finally sent his resignation to the party president Nitin Gadkari which has been accepted as well. Three days after the BJP high command sought the immediate resignation of its first Chief Minister in southern India, the crisis is still unresolved. Sources say Yeddyurappa wants to be the next Karnataka Unit President of the BJP.
