Mobile Network jammed for 15 min after Mumbai Blasts

As serial blasts ripped through Mumbai's Zaveri Bazar, Opera House and Dadar .Thousands of people in Mumbai had difficulty in contacting their near and dear ones as the mobile network was jammed for 15 min after the triple blasts in the city. Frantic calls to essential services like ambulance and police were not possible.
