Karnataka Lokayukta and Lokpal Drafting Panel member Justice Santosh Hegde took a stand that sounds radically different from those of his colleagues on the Bill. He said that he could accept the UPA's condition not to include the Prime Minister and the judiciary in the Lokpal Bill.
