India News: The policeman, who had offered Rs 2,000 to the father of the five-year-old girl who was held captive and raped by her neighbour in Delhi, has been identified.

The Vigilance Department, which was doing an internal enquiry into the matter that has once again put the Delhi police's repute at stake, has reportedly made the girl's father identify the cop.
