Delhi Rape: India News: The Delhi Police Commissioner, Neeraj Kumar, is unlikely to be removed from his post, sources said on Monday even as protests intensified in the national capital over the brutal rape of a five-year-old girl who is currently recovering at AIIMS hospital.

Sources said that the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Tejinder Khanna had met the Police Commissioner to assess the situation and was briefed upon it.The demand for the police chief's removal has been growing ever since the December 16 gangrape case.
