India News: The Supreme Court today refused to set apart the death sentence on convicted Khalistani terrorst Davinder Singh Bhullar saying that a delay in carrying out a death sentence is not ground enough for communting the death sentence.

Davinder Singh Bhullar was convicted to hang for the 1993 death of 9 people outside the Youth Congress office in New Delhi just two kilometres from the Parliament building.
