Fuel Surcharge, Indirect Fare hike in Rail Budget

Railway Budget presented in Lok Sabha today by railway minister Pawan Bansal is not very much satisfactory for the common man. Based on supplementary things railway fares have been increased in other way. He had proposed to implement a fuel adjustment component to increase freight rates.
